Guide for Event Organizers

An organizer can coordinate the complete production cycle: topic definition, trainer coordination, promotion, participant communication, delivery, documentation and follow-up.

Typical actions: propose a topic, build the event plan, coordinate speakers, manage promotion, organize registration and support delivery.

Guide for Hosts

Universities, companies, associations and local communities can host a Cademix event and provide access to a defined audience or venue.

Typical actions: provide venue/audience access, local coordination, promotion and practical logistics.

Local and Online Event Capacity

Cademix can host local events with up to 200 participants and online formats with up to 300 participants. Formats can include technical workshops, seminars, career sessions, company events, university events and specialized private groups.

Indicative Event Economics

An event must create enough value to justify preparation, organization, delivery and follow-up. A simple planning reference is approximately €80/hour for basic Institute time. Prepared group blocks can require substantially more resources.

For organized events, the Institute normally needs a meaningful contribution—often around €500 minimum cash flow. A typical industry-oriented event may target around €1,000 or more for the Institute, while the organizer also needs a viable share. This means a professionally produced event commonly needs total revenue in the low thousands of euros, depending on scope, preparation, venue, promotion and delivery responsibilities.

These figures are planning references, not fixed universal prices. Each event is evaluated according to scope and responsibilities.

Event Jobs & Production Roles

Cademix regularly needs people who can contribute as event managers, trainers, promoters, local organizers and production coordinators.

Strong contributors can cover more of the cycle—from marketing and participant acquisition to organization, training delivery and follow-up.
