The Agile approach started off in the software industry and then it branched out to other industries and fields. Now, there’s considerable evidence that it can work wonders. It’s actually becoming a buzz word. It’s where the world seems to be heading towards.

Agile Management is about moving away from the bureaucratic and traditional management. It focuses on customers, Team autonomy, Empowering leadership, and Flexibility around the development cycle. It takes feedback and analytics into consideration to keep the flow of progress going and to continually improve.

This career advancement fair is targeted at young professionals who want to take their career to the next level. We will discuss some of the pathway options to achieving career success and how everyone present can leverage on the education provided by Cademix Institute of Technology to achieve their career goals. In this session we will discuss in details how we can get hands-on training and mini-internships that will enable anyone to get in to the industry within a short period of time.

We also discuss how long this pathway can take to be completed and how we can access loan to complete this program for those who may not have the financial wherewithal to start and complete this career pathway. There will also be a Q&A session at the end of the program where all in attendance will have their questions answered. This program is open to undergraduate, graduates, international job-seekers and professional may want to switch their career or job. This fair is free, however, to reserve your seat, you need to register as soon as possible.

About Karima Aboukal:

Karima Aboukal is a graduate in the field of biomedical sciences, and currently working in the field of project management and digital marketing. She offers consulting on the agile approach for better visualization and organizational transparency. She is currently R&D Project assistant at Cademix Institute of Technology, and an expert in the area of Project Management and Agile workflows - Always with a touch of Empathy to communicate and connect with people.

About Dr. Javad Zarbakhsh

Javad Zarbakhsh is an Austrian Technology Leader and Career Mentor, born in Iran, and got his PhD in Computational Physics from Kepler University Linz, Austria. He is the President and Founder of Cademix Institute of Technology, Austria and Professor of Computer Aided Design, Engineering and Manufacturing. He is also a Technology Matchmaker, Career Mentor, Study Abroad Coach, Jury of European Funding Programs and multidisciplinary Consultant. He has years of experience as technology consultant with industries including Semiconductor, Photonics, Medical Engineering, Additive Manufacturing and Data Science. Since 15+ years, he was involved in European Technology Policy and continuously served as Austrian Delegate and Management Committee member in European actions, including COST-European Cooperation in Science and Technology, interdisciplinary domains, Materials, Physical and Nano-science, and ICTs. His Research, Consulting and Teaching include Industry 4.0, CAD/CAE/CAM, Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Computer Simulation, EdTech, Digital Art and Animation Production.
